We currently ship to:

2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
- Orders over $100 may qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S. (subject to promotions).
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Tracking & Order Status
- A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.
- Customers can track their orders via the carrier’s website.
- If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked as “Delivered.”
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
- If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will assist with a resolution.
7. Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay for reshipment.
