2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item. Please do not send the item back without receiving RA approval.

  3. Ship the Item: Package the product securely and ship it back to us using the provided return instructions. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note the following:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@formalfashciteino.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a return shipping label for you to return the item, and we will issue a full refund or send a replacement, based on your preference.

5. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different model, size, or color, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you wish to receive.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Open-box or clearance items
